Role description
Are you looking for an apprenticeship to enhance your human resources skills? Do you want to get a large insight into HR-topics with a strong focus on Learning and Communication?
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Apprentice to join our team and support key initiatives in corporate learning and development, internal communication, and employee engagement.
Your mission
Corporate Learning & Development in collaboration with corporate and local HR teams.
- Organize and coordinate global training initiatives (logistics, scheduling, participant communication, hotel and room booking, etc.).
- Help maintain training records in our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Work on digital learning initiatives?
Communication & Engagement activities for our Paris office
- Contribute to internal communication campaigns (town hall, intranet updates, event promotion).
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities (team events, well-being initiatives).
Profile:
- Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR management.
- Willingness to work in an international and multicultural environnement.
Skills / Personality
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in both French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with communication tools or a LMS (SuccessFactors) is a plus.
