In October 2022, member states of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) agreed to a long-term goal of net-zero carbon dioxide emissions from aviation by 2050. Achieving this goal will require the coordinated efforts of the entire industry: from airlines and airports to manufacturers and suppliers.
