Job Summary

The Finance Business Analyst will focus on three areas of process enhancement: data analysis, process and report design, and the expansion/implementation of new technologies orientated around efficiency, accuracy and automation.  The Finance Business Analyst is responsible for maintaining ASUSA’s RPA Automation Software and expanding functionality to all supplier types within the procure-to-pay business cycle.  The Finance Business Analyst will work with partners across the business to identify opportunities to proliferate the RPA Automation Software to other processes (e.g. financial reporting, order-to-cash, etc.)

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to streamline processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Act as a liaison between the accounts payable team and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve payment issues.
  • Identify opportunities for automation in financial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Robotic Process Automation success

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (emphasis in Finance, Accounting and/or IT Systems a plus).
  • Experience working within an Accounts Payable function, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including advanced applications, such as Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical skills, initiative, transparency, ethical conduct and result orientation.
  • Proficient in data entry and time management
