Especially on International Women’s Day, we are proud to celebrate the thousands of women across Constellium who make our success possible. We admire the capability, confidence, resourcefulness, and empathy they bring to our teams, making them stronger and more innovative. Our new employee resource group, Women Inspiring Networking & Success (WINS) aims to provide tools for career and personal growth, offer networking and event opportunities, and celebrate each other’s successes.
